We've all been following the saga of WikiLeaks and the electronic government documents it disclosed. And during congressional hearings on the financial crisis, lawmakers grilled Goldman Sachs executives over the content of their e‐mails, airing Goldman's “dirty laundry.” But your company's e‐mails and sensitive electronic documents can also be disclosed—in connection with some civil or criminal case.
