When a multinational corporation that is an SEC issuer confronts the need to operate in different currency environments, the cash management question is simple: “In which currency should I settle my accounts?” The Sarbanes‐Oxley Act (SOX) makes such cash management considerations immediate priorities of the certifying CEO and CFO.
