The cover picture shows an infrared index‐color image, constructed from a trained Random Forest classifier, of a colon tissue section with good spatial resolution. This is compared to conventional immunohistochemical (IHC) and histopathological stains. In the highest magnification the cancer region assigned by spectral histopathology agrees nicely with the region identified by anti‐p53 (green), a tumor suppressor gene, and anti‐Ki‐67 (blue) fluorescence staining.
