Acute toxicity of some alkylaminocyclohexane carbonitriles, probable contaminants of phencyclidine analogs

The acute toxicities of seven alkylaminocyclohexanecarbonitriles, probable contaminants of Phencyclidine analogs, were investigated in Swiss male mice and i.p. LD 50 values were obtained. The LD 50 value of each nitrile was significantly increased (two‐ to three‐fold) using sodium nitrite pretreated mice.
