The Student Division within INCOSE was reignited at the 2010 IW with Dave Mason from the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter being appointed to lead the effort. During the past year interest has increased at all stakeholder levels. The Student Division Program panel discussions will address the Value Propositions from each of the 4‐Way Benefit Model stakeholders perspective, and how these are used as success metrics for each student Division. This panel discussion will be followed by the brief introduction of the INCOSE 2011 International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) winner.
