The discipline of systems engineering has made significant strides in expanding throughout the world. INCOSE now boasts 7,000 members but, compared to other organizations such as IEEE and PMI, there are still many opportunities for broader international reach. With international expansion as a strategic priority for INCOSE, significant challenges remain to be addressed. The most critical is the adaptation of the INCOSE model across different technical cultures. This panel will explore these issues from their own perspectives which include Singapore, the Netherlands, Brazil, Spain, and the United States.
