This paper presents two case studies that involve the process of replacing multiple legacy systems with a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The paper will focus on the processes that each company took in evaluating the systems and the data housed in these systems. The lessons learned and an assessment of each company is presented at the conclusion of this paper.
