Systems engineering of complex systems under IPPD methodology ensures the integration of all products and processes. This approach includes test and evaluation planning, which may occur at several stages during complex system development, i.e., at the subsystem, system, and supersystem levels. The structure of a project under IPPD must include the assignment of responsible teams and the chartered interaction among those teams so that test and evaluation can be performed across the board. This will ensure the integration of all components into a total system to meet project goals.
