The Defense Systems and Electronics Group of Texas Instruments has developed and is using the Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP™). This paper describes how the process was developed, how it is deployed and the resulting success of the programs it has been used on. This method for creating an integrated product development process may be useful for your organization.
