In this paper, we propose a computer‐generated integral imaging (CGII) method called multiple orthographic frustum combining (MOFC), in which an elemental image array (EIA) can be generated by rendering a 3D scene with one‐shot orthographic projection using combing multiple orthographic frustum. To our best knowledge, the proposed system outperforms the existing real‐time CGII system in both the speed performance and the resolution of the EIA. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve real‐time computational speed for generating ultra high‐definition (3840times2160) EIA.
