We propose an electrostatic tactile display, which presents regional stimulation. The 240‐Hz electrostatic force is generated by the beat phenomenon in a region where excited X electrodes cross excited Y electrodes, which presents tactile sensation to users. This display can accommodate multi‐touch tactile interaction with visual information.
