A novel maskless pattern‐coating technology, “Air‐Bubble Coating”, has been developed and tested for its feasibility in the manufacture process of OLED devices for the first time. The results of direct capillary coating and on‐site size control of ***micro‐bubbles and micro‐droplets are successfully demonstrated and show its good potential for use.
