Abstract Exo‐electron currents emitted from MgO Nano‐powders sprayed on MgO thin film were measured using a highly‐sensitive and fast‐responding measuring apparatus. The results indicated that the short statistical delay with the MgO nano‐powders is mainly due to increased exo‐electron currents from MgO nano‐powders.
