A fully‐printed organic thin‐film transistor (OTFT) array (30times30) and integrated circuits including logic and ring oscillator circuits based on pseudo‐CMOS inverter were fabricated on plastic film substrates by using printing methods. The printed OTFT array exhibited excellent, uniform performance with a high mobility of 2 cm 2 /Vs. The printed flip‐flop circuit operated well with a delay time of 3.5 ms. The printed three‐stage ring oscillator operated at 400 Hz and 40V. These fabrication techniques are applicable to flexible displays, RFID tags and biosensors.
