We demonstrated that a light‐extraction efficiency of OLEDs was evaluated accurately by fitting an external quantum‐efficiency to a calculated optical‐mode. An internal quantum‐efficiency of 62.6% was obtained in the green OLED with thick electron transport layer. OLEDs with light out‐coupling layers exhibited a high light‐extraction efficiency of 76% and the estimated values were in good agreement with calculated ones.
