The effect of carbon nanotube (CNT) alignment, concentration and aspect ratio embedded in polymer was studied by numerical simulation. The partial alignment of CNTs showed to decrease the intertube distance at low CNT concentration leading to higher local electric field, thus promoting charge transportation in the interfacial layer of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs).
