Blue primary's materials of three‐primary color display have been hot issues in display industry because the blue materials of LED or OLED generally have shorter lifetime than red and green materials. Thus the choices of blue materials are very limited when applying them to displays. This paper, to overcome the limitation on selecting blue color materials, we suggest visually acceptable color ranges of blue primary when compared to the blue color of Rec. 709.
