We demonstrate high performance OLEDs with transparent graphene electrode and thin single crystal Si TFT. Green OLEDs on graphene exhibit power efficiency of >150lm/W at 10,000cd/m 2 with external light extraction. OLEDs are also integrated with 60nm‐thick flexible single crystal Si TFT made by controlled spalling technology.
