This study reveals a solution for 3D image control with normal, shear, and pulling forces detection by mutual capacitive tactile sensor. High transmittance, good flexibility, and simple algorithm show superiorities than previous studies. The sensitivity is 0.33, 0.23, and 0.37 pF/N, and the sensing range is up to 1.4 N, 2.0 N, and 1 N respectively for normal, shear and pulling forces. The proposed sensor can be applied on the touch penal for 3D image movement.
