In this paper, we reported about photo‐alignment technology in neutralized the residual ion by using double side chain monomer for Fringe Field Switching (FFS) mode application. It could be improving on imaging sticking problem in alignment film which is photo‐reactive behavior include photo‐ degradation and cis‐trans conversion. According to the measurement results, the panel didn't change characteristics in driving voltage and pretilt angle etc., cause by doping low concentration.
