An innovative gold‐silver top electrode with low sheet resistance and high transmittance is investigated for optical optimization of inverted top‐emitting white OLEDs. Furthermore, a Molybdenum‐oxide hole injection layer is applied, improving the electrical characteristics. We obtain highly efficient, angular stable, inverted white OLEDs with large tolerance to thickness variations.
