Printed and flexible devices are potential technologies for future display applications. Progress in printed materials, devices and circuits enables organic TFTs and solution oxides with mobility greater than 1 cm 2 /Vs, the organic TFTs having n‐channel and p‐channel operation. Simple logic circuits and flexible TFT backplane prototypes will be discussed.
