In this report, We use the efficient host materials combination with an efficient blue phosphorescent FIrpic complex. We successfully improve the high‐efficienct blue OLED which has up to 36.0 lm/W and a low driving voltage of 3.4V at practical brightness of 1000 cd/m 2 . By using the efficient orange‐yellow phosphor PO‐01 complex and light‐extraction technology, the white OLED displayed a high power efficiency of 92.3 lm/W and a low driving voltage of 3.2V at practical brightness of 1000 cd/m 2 .
