We have developed transmissive low outgassing organic insulator (TLOI) which is suitable for various OLED displays. Until now, there hasn't been insulator that has good process compatibility and contribute to fabricate the long life time, low power consumption OLED panel. Our conventional material has much residue on ITO and make work function of ITO change because of residue, then it couldn't offer the OLED panel which has good reliability. Now we developed new material (TLOI) that satisfies all above‐mentioned characteristics, we report about our recent study.
