We demonstrate significant efficiency enhancement of ITO‐free OLEDs by combining both the high‐conductivity conducting polymer PEDOT: PSS as the transparent electrode and the solution‐processed nano‐composite scattering films as optical extraction layers. The external quantum efficiency (EQE) of ITO‐free device can be significantly enhanced by a factor of 1.8 at 1000 cd/m 2 .
