The threshold voltage of FEDs is mainly determined by evaluating the material of the cathode and also its conduction coefficient. This study focuses on the properties of different cold cathode materials of nanotubes on the threshold and also cell efficiency. The results indicate that by utilizing Indium Oxide pyramids with grain size in nano scale, increases cell efficiency.
