Abstract The well‐aligned ZnO nanostructures were fabricated by multi‐gas annealing process at low temperature, from which intense blue‐green photoluminescence was observed. The novel low‐temperature mist chemical vapor deposition method using zinc acetylacetonate vapor improved crystallinity as well as developed into regrowth of ZnO nanostructures efficiently.
