We compared 3D experiences between children and adults. A total of 73 participants watched the S3D version of “Alice in Wonderland” and answered several experience‐related questions. The results showed that there are some differences how adults and children evaluate 3D experiences. Even though both groups described the 3D experiences as funny, exciting, and impressive, children were clearly more enthusiastic and positive about 3D; 80% of children would choose 3D format over 2D in future, whereas only 26% of adults preferred 3D.
