We have developed a high‐resolution printing process for OLED displays and have used it to fabricate a 3‐inch VGA AMOLED display. The resolution and alignment accuracy of the method show a potential to realize displays with resolutions of more than 500 ppi. This meets demands of high‐resolution OLED displays that the mask evaporation process cannot fulfill.
