The see‐through type 6‐inch transparent AMOLEDs, with transparency of 24%∼39%, were developed based on SPC LTPS TFTs with simple circuit design. Further, a novel combo display which integrated transparent AMOLED and EPD was demonstrated. Such combo display combines advantages of AMOLED and EPD and provides an alternative option of paperlike display.
