We have realized a 3D‐Compatible Head Mounted Display equipped with a high definition OLED device. Ultra‐small size and high‐definition image quality were achieved by adopting a color separation method that overlays a color filter over the top of the white organic EL layer. The white OLED device however showed a low efficiency and a short lifetime. In this work, we developed a new device structure to not only achieve higher efficiency and longer life, but also the light‐emitting region stayed unchanged with current density change.
