We succeeded in formation of single crystal silicon (Low Temperature Single‐Crystal Silicon: LTSS) over non‐alkali glass. In our prototyped high definition 458 ppi AMOLED display using this LTSS as a backplane, low power consumption of drivers (about 1.7 mW) with 2.5 V single power supply voltage is achieved.
