Simulating the reflectance of electronic paper (e‐paper) using cholesteric liquid crystals, we found that the e‐paper's black color was tinged red with the light reflected on the electrode. To make the black color achromatic, we optimized the interfacial reflectance of electrodes by changing their thickness. Finally, we developed some new e‐paper improved black color.
