We report a new polymer‐stabilized blue‐phase liquid crystal display with vertical field switching (VFS) and oblique incident backlight. This VFS mode offers several attractive features, such as low operation voltage, high transmittance, submillisecond response time, and negligible hysteresis and residual birefringence.
