This case study compares and evaluates two treatment techniques for a lung cancer patient diagnosed with T1N0M0 non‐small cell lung carcinoma. Radiotherapy is planned to be delivered either without gating, i.e. during the patient's normal free breathing or to be delivered gated at the inspiration portion of the patient's respiratory cycle.
