As a sequel to the early collaborative work which was initiated in 1956 and culminated in the publication of three papers in 1965, the future of the Haze Group of the E.B.C. is envisaged as one of liaison between individual scientific workers who are engaged in fundamental enquiries and brewing technologists who are concerned with problems at the production level. The Group will continue to make arrangements, where appropriate, for collaborative work. In view of the many common factors involved in haze and in foam formation, it is suggested that the name of the group be amended to include the topic of beer foam within its sphere of interests.
