This report covers a series of International Hop Variety trials for the first five years for which they were carried out. Though they have been continued for a further period, a progress report is appropriate as the agricultural and weather recording arrangements have been improved and analysis at one centre has been arranged. The results for the two periods will not therefore be strictly comparable. The history and organization of the trials is described, and the results are discussed.
