Relaxation therapy was used to treat ten high school‐aged girls suffering from dysmenorrhea. A self‐judgment sheet was used to evaluate the results of the therapy. The treatment group improved significantly (p < 0.01) on the symptoms “cramps” and “nausea,” and on “difficult to concentrate,” “unambitious” and “being irritable” (p < 0.05).
