This paper presents the case report of a pregnant northern Indian woman who sustained multiple spontaneous fractures of the pelvis and femoral neck due to severe osteomalacia, without any resulting skeletal deformity. Osteomalacia is endemic in the northern part of India, but spontaneous fracture from the disease is extremely rare.
