Choosing whether or not to be a parent involves feelings of personal freedom and confusion. In this article the authors consider the difficulty of making parenthood decisions, suggest that counseling and therapy practitioners use mental imagery modalities to kelp clients make parenthood decisions, and offer specific scripts and techniques.
