The focus of this issue is infrastructure and finance. Some months we have few and other months we have many. In the October 2014 issue, we had only two papers on the focus topic ‐ disinfection. It is not surprising that there are so many articles on infrastructure and finance, which are fundamentally intertwined and popular topics of conversation in our community.
