With this inaugural communication, McGuire pledges to begin the process of planning and implementing innovations that will serve AWWA and the Journal well into the 21st century. This month the focus was on distribution systems. In the months to come, McGuire looks forward to helping shape the future of water through the pages of Journal AWWA.
