This article discusses the practice of hiring coaches to improve an individual's, or an organization's, performance and affect revenue. The article discusses tangible bottom‐line benefits of this practice, as well as a high return on investment when coaching is based on clearly stated expectations for personal outcomes and business effect. The article also discusses the different types of coaching that are available.
