Compliance is the focus on the regulatory front at most utilities, with assessments being done to determine how best to comply with the Stage 2 Disinfectants/Disinfection Byproducts Rule (D/DBPR), the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR), the (soon‐to‐be‐revised) Total Coliform Rule (TCR), and the monitoring requirements under the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2ESWTR).
