This article announces that CDM will establish a Technical Center for Integrated Water Management and Urban Planning that will be based in Singapore. The new technical center will promote the application of advanced planning and simulation models, decision software, and geospatial information systems for improved understanding and management of sustainable urban environments. The interdisciplinary center will incorporate the multiple perspectives of urban planning, water systems engineering, economics, and environment.
