This article announces that over the next five years Siemens will be expanding its Singapore location to become a water and wastewater technology center in the Asia‐Pacific region. Siemens has also signed a memorandum of understanding with PUB, Singapore's national water agency, to collaborate on research and development projects in water and wastewater treatment. The new technology center will also work with universities and environmental authorities to explore innovative solutions to meet technological needs through research and development activities and early adoption of new technologies.
