This report discusses how the reproduction services department of a water utility, with the help of a fully integrated large‐format color print, copy, scan system, found creative new ways to help the utility better serve both external and internal customers. Using the Oce TCS400 technology, reproduction services applied the use of color to its large‐format geographic information system (GIS) documents to clarify and communicate the intricacies of vast pipeline networks on paper.
