Synergen Inc., a provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) and computerized maintenance management software solutions, has announced that the City of Colton, California has gone live with Synergen SeriesTM. Colton Public Utilities operates its own water, wastewater, and electric power utilities. The city's first priority had been an EAM solution to track projects, labor, and associated capital project costs for their public utilities. To maximize cost savings and increase efficiencies, the scope of the project was expanded to integrate all city departments with a single solution to address community service requests, maintenance needs, purchasing and inventory control, and regulatory requirements.
