In today's market, the successes water utilities achieve or the discontent they feel are driven by two key factors: cost and customers. Chief executive officers (CEOs) often wonder how they can increase cash flow, cut costs, and keep their customers happy. The way CEOs solve these dilemmas is synonymous with how they run their businesses.
