Utilities working to meet the complex requirements of the Information Collection Rule have immediate access to the experts by telephone or e‐mail. This Roundtable discussion among members of AWWA's “A‐Team” was held in Denver, Colo., Aug. 1, 1996. The moderator was Michael J.
